How do I know which size to order?
Birkenstock offers two widths: Regular and Narrow. Most people with average-width feet find the Regular width most comfortable. Please refer to our Size Guide for specific measurements in millimeters.
What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The regular footbed features our classic contoured cork for ultimate support. The Soft Footbed includes an integrated foam layer with millions of tiny air bubbles for immediate cushioning and comfort.
How should I clean and maintain my Birkenstocks?
To maintain the cork, apply a thin layer of cork sealer when it starts to look dull. For suede or nubuck uppers, use a specialized brush to remove dirt. Avoid exposing your shoes to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Can my Birkenstocks be repaired or resoled?
Yes, Birkenstocks are designed to be sustainable. Many of our styles can be resoled or have the footbed replaced by authorized repair shops to extend the life of your footwear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
