Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
